Linda Gill

JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL TEACHER

Linda is delighted to become a member of the New Way Academy community. She is a native of Pennsylvania, born and raised in the Pittsburgh area. Hailing from a family of educators, she is always eager to gather with her students and share her love, appreciation and passion for learning. Linda completed her undergraduate studies at Chatham College and her master’s degree at Duquesne University. As a career educator, she has served in multiple classroom teaching positions spanning Kindergarten through twelfth grade. These teaching positions span five academic disciplines including History/Humanities, English, World Literature, Classical Languages and Math. Linda has also served as an Academic Dean, Dean of Students, Curriculum Coordinator, Middle School Principal and College Counselor.

On a personal note, she is an avid swimmer, enjoys gardening, travel and all types and categories of music. Since childhood, Scottish Terriers have always been loved and trusted companions.
