Ms. Samantha Lamere is a licensed SLPA who has always had a passion for teaching and working with children. She started her education in Speech and Language Pathology at CUNY Brooklyn College. After moving to Arizona in 2012, she finished her undergraduate degree at Arizona State University (Go Devils!). She first became interested in speech pathology while employed as a receptionist in a therapy office in New York where she grew up. Ms. Lamere gained her initial hands on experience serving as a habilitation and respite provider, and later began her speech career working in the clinic setting here in Phoenix. Ms. Lamere has always aspired to work in the school setting and is thrilled to be a member of the Bulldog family. She enjoys constructing creative lesson plans to engage her students and likes to make learning fun. When Ms. Lamere isn’t cheering on the New Way Bulldogs, she can be found spending time with her family, friends and cat, Jax. She enjoys reading, shopping, snowboarding and binging on the latest Netflix series.
