Mrs. Shimon loves OT! She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Sonoma State University. She received a master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Samuel Merritt University. She has provided therapy services in a variety of settings including acute level I trauma rehabilitation, outpatient neurological rehabilitation, private hand therapy and the public education system. She is a member of both the American Occupational Therapy Association and the Arizona Occupational Therapy Association. She is thrilled to be a part of the New Way community.

Mrs. Shimon enjoys exploring Arizona with her husband and miniature schnauzer, Nellie. She is a native Phoenician who loves to experience exotic cuisines, take on any craft project and spend time with her mentee.
