Our various special events are a way for our community to gather together behind a good cause. From campus projects to exciting initiatives, our special events help us raise funds that are crucial to growing our school.

PICKLEBALL TOURNAMENT

Grab your doubles partner and get ready to play hard and have fun, all to support New Way Academy.

Whether you’re a pickleball pro or this is your first time picking up a paddle, all skill levels and ages are welcome. All participants will receive swag bags and food vouchers for a snack bar catered by Urban Phoenix.

FUN & COLOR RUN

This student-powered fundraiser always brings a lot of energy for a great cause! The Fun and Color Run calls upon our student community to network near and far, asking for pledges as they run laps on a track crafted on our back field. With each lap, students earn their way towards a campus-wide improvement for everyone to enjoy.

Past projects funded by the Fun and Color Run:

TRIVIA NIGHT

Think of “Trivial Pursuit” with a twist for this adults-only event. Grab a few friends, form a team with a fun team name, decorate your table, come dressed in team colors, bring your own food and drinks, and try to answer as many of the questions correctly as possible. The team with the highest score wins bragging rights! The more useless knowledge you have, the better your chance of winning. Anything from pop culture to geography to sports and beyond. And, to spice things up, be ready for the “tasting” round! More details to come for our next Trivia Night scheduled for September 2025.

FALL KICKOFF

Our annual fall festival is the largest community gathering of the year! Fun-filled activities typically include inflatable bounce houses, a petting zoo, bingo, cake walk, face painting, music, and food.
