KEEPING YOUNG MINDS ACTIVE AND ENGAGED
In between the rigorous class lessons and milestone achievements in therapies, New Way offers a diverse range of athletic teams, clubs, service learning opportunities, and specialized activities. Each activity invites a rich experience, giving our students more ways to practice:
- Positively collaborating with others
- Executive functioning skills
- Problem solving skills
- Uplifting others through their successes
- Self-discipline, motivation, and leadership skills
SPIRIT ASSEMBLIES
Our monthly spirit assemblies allow each student to enjoy being a Bulldog. Spirit Assemblies are divided by Lower School and Upper School to allow more space to spread out in the gym, and age-appropriate activities. Each level experiences the best part of being a Bulldog without being overwhelmed.
AFTER SCHOOL CARE
For the convenience of our families, the Bulldog After Care Program is available for students Monday through Friday, from 3:15 pm to 5:30 pm and on Wednesdays from 2:15 pm to 5:30 pm. The fee for this program is billed through the TADS account. Every week our program team has amazing activities planned to keep the students of all ages engaged. Snacks are provided, as well as time for homework and play.
AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS
Bulldog After School Clubs offer students an array of activities to get involved in. More than 70% of our students are engaged in our after school programs. This involvement helps build our students’ specific interests, allowing them to make new friends and reinforce progress made in class.
Each year, New Way offers a wide variety of clubs for all ages, skills, and interests. Some of our fun-filled clubs have included:
- Musicals and plays
- Yoga
