Miss Lissette LaVetter grew up in Arkansas and has lived in New Mexico, California, and Utah before moving to Arizona in 2022. Lissette attended Salt Lake Community College where she earned her Associates Degree as an occupational therapy assistant in 2021 then went on to complete her Bachelors of Applied Science in Healthcare Administration in 2022 at Utah Tech University. Lissette moved to Phoenix to pursue a career in pediatric therapy where she found a niche for relating to and implementing sensory integration in an outpatient setting.
In her own time, Lissette enjoys experiencing the outdoors by hiking, climbing, bike rides, sky watching and stargazing. Lissette relishes continuous learning on topics pertaining to occupational therapy, astronomy, mindfulness, physical and life sciences, the universe and space. In addition to these interests, Lissette seeks fulfillment through dance, music, meditation, and watching the sun rise or set.
