Jill Facon

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Jill Facon feels right at home as part of the administrative team at New Way Academy. After graduating from the University of Northern Iowa, she headed for the sunshine of southern California where she obtained a Legal Assistantship Certificate from UC Irvine and spent the next twenty five years honing her niche as an assistant, primarily in the legal profession.

With family in the Arizona and a long time love of the academic environment, she would ultimately find her way to Phoenix and New Way Academy. Paperwork, scheduling and helping others have a smooth, productive day are second nature to Jill, and she enjoys using these talents as Mr. Walker’s and Mrs. Ross’ assistant. Not to mention, she’s an organizational fanatic!

Her greatest personal accomplishment is raising her son, Andrew. As a working parent, she understands just how hard it can be to balance both worlds and just how important school and community are.

When Jill’s not at New Way Academy, you can find her practicing her warrior pose, in the kitchen baking vegan cupcakes, creating boards on Pinterest, reading or watching the latest flick.
