I was introduced to New Way Academy through a New Way family whose story has left a lasting impression on me. Their experience highlights the school’s unwavering commitment to empowering students with learning differences.  It is clear to me that New Way is more than a school; it is a vibrant, compassionate community that meets students where they are, honors their individuality, and helps them flourish both personally and academically. As a Human Resources professional, I have spent my career focused on helping people reach their full potential in the workplace. I see a powerful parallel in New Way’s mission to equip students with the tools, support, and confidence they need to succeed in school and in life.

It is a privilege to serve on the Board of Directors and to contribute to a school that is redefining what education can look like for students.
