Responsibilities

Provide therapy under the direction of an on-site supervising Occupational Therapist
Direct fun and engaging therapeutic treatment for individual sessions, small groups, and classrooms
Monitor student progress to ensure student is making progress on goals
Document data and progress on daily therapy notes and quarterly progress reports
Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of special education teachers, speech pathologists, psychologists, and occupational therapy team

Qualifications

Preference 3+ years of experience as a COTA
Experience in pediatrics with preference of experience in a school-based setting
Current state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant
Effective communicator and a team player
High level of integrity and professionalism
Willingness to go above and beyond
Highly organized and able to juggle tasks

Job Benefits

Salaried position based on experience in a range of $45,000 to 60,000 per year for a 40 hour work week
School hours of 7:30am-3:30pm following a school calendar, with paid sick time, paid holidays, and paid time off
