Mrs. Figueroa was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Speech and Hearing Science from Arizona State University. Prior to New Way she has worked in public schools and in private practice. In both previous settings, she has worked with a variety of age groups. She is super excited to be part of the New Way team.
Mrs. Figueroa comes from a big family with seven nieces and nephews, and four older siblings and one younger. When Mrs. Figueroa is not at school, you can find her going to the gym, playing pickleball, getting Starbucks, and enjoying time with her husband and Boston terrier. She also collects UNO decks, playing card decks and anything Spider-Man related.
