Allegra grew up in Los Angeles, California, and attended the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, where she earned dual Bachelor’s degrees in Speech and Hearing Sciences and Psychology—go Lobos! She began her SLPA career in school and clinic-based settings, where she supported students with a wide range of communication needs, including articulation, language, and AAC. She brings a calm and creative energy to sessions and loves finding what helps each student feel successful and understood.
When she’s not at school, Allegra enjoys spending time outdoors—especially camping, floating in the water, or relaxing in the mountains. She’s a fan of fruit tea boba with cheese foam and celebrates Día de los Muertos as her favorite holiday. At home, she’s happily outnumbered by her three cats: Lolita, Pepito, and Ponyo.
