Ms. Jill Facon feels right at home as part of the administrative team at New Way Academy. After graduating from the University of Northern Iowa, she headed for the sunshine of southern California where she obtained a Legal Assistantship Certificate from UC Irvine and spent the next 25 years honing her niche as an assistant, primarily in the legal profession.
With family in the Arizona area and a long-time love of the academic environment, she ultimately found her way to New Way Academy. Paperwork, scheduling, and helping others have a smooth, productive day are second nature to Ms. Facon. She enjoys using these talents as Mrs. Chavez and Mrs. Keathley’s assistant. Not to mention, she’s an organizational fanatic!
Her greatest personal accomplishment is raising her son, and recently becoming a grandmother. As a working parent, she understands just how hard it can be to balance both worlds and just how important school and community are.
When Ms. Facon is not at New Way, you can find her practicing her warrior pose, in the kitchen baking vegan cupcakes, creating boards on Pinterest, reading or watching the latest flick.
