Mr. JD Corey joins New Way Academy with 25 years teaching experience between Arizona and his former home of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Mr. Corey graduated with a degree in Secondary Education with a focus in Social and Political Sciences from Point Park University in Pittsburgh. Mr. Corey has served as a teacher, Assistant Principal, and Principal over his 25 years. After deciding he had seen enough snow for his lifetime he decided to move to the Valley of the Sun in 2004.
When not at New Way Academy, Mr. Corey spends time with his family camping in Northern Arizona and enjoys hiking and exploring around the great State of Arizona and Southern California.
