Mr. Javier Magdaleno was born in Mexico and raised in Oxnard, CA. He moved to Phoenix in 2001. He spends his days making sure New Way is in tip-top shape – a true jack of all trades!
When not at New Way, you can find Mr. Magdaleno at his second job working at a blood lab. He started there as a janitor and moved his way up to a Senior Lab Tech after 11 years.
In any spare time, he enjoys being with his family or out riding his RZR(ATV). He also loves doing projects at his house like painting or designing future plans to upgrade his space. His all time favorite thing to do is travel and explore new places and new restaurants.
