Ms. Conolly earned her Bachelor’s degree in Special Education from Arizona State University. Before becoming a teacher, she worked as a special education paraprofessional, where she discovered a passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs and helping them achieve their goals. Those experiences, combined with working alongside special education students in her own academic career, inspired her to pursue a career in education.
Ms. Conolly believes that every student has the ability to succeed when they feel supported, encouraged, and understood. She is known for her patience, positivity, and commitment to meeting students where they are. Her goal is to create a welcoming classroom where students feel comfortable taking risks, asking questions, and discovering their full potential.
Originally from England, Ms. Conolly moved to Arizona as a child and grew up in Northern Arizona. Outside the classroom, she enjoys spending time with her family and her two dogs, Ziggy and Moose. She also enjoys following sports, especially basketball, soccer, and Formula 1.
