Applications are now open for the 2026-2027 school year in all grades (K-12). We highly encourage early applications due to our multi-step admission process.
For the 2025-2026 school year, we have limited capacity currently for grades K-12 based on academic needs.
Once you have reviewed our student profile and think your child might be a good fit, please follow the steps below to begin the admissions process. These steps serve as a guideline, and we strive to individualize the application process to best support all prospective students. Please note that this process can take several weeks. Families are encouraged to begin the application process in fall or early spring.

Submit an Inquiry
After submitting an inquiry, an Admissions representative will contact you with details and next steps, including scheduling a campus tour. This is a critical step in the process as it establishes your online account with us.
Attend a Campus Tour
Parents and guardians are invited to attend a campus tour, where you will have the opportunity to meet with staff, walk through campus, and be introduced to the New Way community.
Application Checklist
Please complete all the items listed on the checklist to continue in the admissions process. Admissions decisions are informed by the documents submitted on your student’s behalf. It is essential that all documents and evaluations are up to date and accurately reflect the student’s current level of functioning. If your documentation is incomplete, we may request that additional evaluations be completed. While this does not guarantee admission, it allows the Admissions Committee to conduct a comprehensive file review.
Admissions File Review
Once the application checklist is complete, our Admissions Committee will review each student’s unique learning profile to make sure New Way is the right fit.
Student & Family Visit
Students receive an individualized tour with a member of the Admissions Committee, see the campus in action on a typical school day, have the opportunity to see into classrooms, and get their questions answered. Academic screeners may be conducted during this visit to determine cohort fit.
Shadow Days
This experience offers each visiting student the opportunity to gain insight into the New Way culture. This offers our teachers a chance to get to know your child better.
Final Admission Review
Once the Admissions Committee has made a final decision, you will be contacted as soon as possible.
