Accreditations & Certifications

New Way Academy is accredited by Cognia through the Arizona Department of Education, with accreditation renewed every six years. Our most recent accreditation was awarded in March 2025. Additionally, New Way is approved by the Exceptional Student Services Division of the Arizona Department of Education.

We are dedicated to fostering sustainable change that improves school climate. We take pride in embracing diversity and practicing inclusion throughout the educational experience, nurturing these values in both our students and staff.

New Way actively participates in local, state, and national organizations such as the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS), the Arizona Association of Independent Schools (AAIS), the International Dyslexia Association (IDA), and the Children’s Services Network (CSN). Our high school students benefit from a partnership with Maricopa Community Colleges through the upper school transition program.

We are also proud to be affiliated with local organizations including the Southwest Autism Research and Resource Center (SARRC) and First Place Phoenix.
